Hi James, I do remember that you presented this evidence back in 2011 on the forum KVR.

First of all, I would like to point out how your response is clearly attempting to politely discredit my story by addressing it as a "conspiracy theory" which is the overall premise of your response.

I am aware of who you are, and I did make a point of not mentioning your name out of courtesy because I know that you are a liar, and I now believe that other people will see this too — now that you have chosen to shed this light upon yourself.

I didn't want to bring any negative light upon you concerning this matter because it's clear Blitz Games took advantage of you. When looking for a particular individual to blame for the original theft of this game concept, it all comes down to a single person, and that person is of course you, James A. Parker; Chris Swan could say that you suggested the game idea to him first and that he had no idea it was stolen, and Stan Zych could say that he tried to pitch the idea to you or an employee of his choosing who was working at Blitz Games Studios.

The problem with your story is that it is hard to believe, to the point of being a complete fabrication. You provide loose evidence, local files with file dates that are very easy to modify, really making the evidence you have uploaded to Dropbox completely meaningless. While also, you specify an obscenely early date for having coined the concept, 2005, that's 4 years of this "concept" having no trace on the internet; or tangible evidence of existence from yourself. It would seem you chose this date out of convenience.

While the game does resemble existing game elements, you use that as ammunition to further try to discredit my story, in the sense that, even if you cannot deceive everyone into believing your loose evidence due to the complete lack of proof of the validity of the dates provided in those editable files, you try to downplay a concept that you claim to have created and had bragged about extensively on your personal website (here: https://web.archive.org/web/20160324152212/http://jamesparkerwriting.com/) as if it was "no big deal, it was like other games anyway, it was not that original" in the sense of "what a big deal I must be making out of this silly little game from years ago".

The game was inspired by games before it, like any game is, even one of the first computer games to be created was made with inspiration from another existing game, such as Pong which was inspired by the game of table tennis.

If it is true that "It is unsurprising that someone would come up with a similar focus for a game" then why did it take until 2008-2009 for two individual people to come up with the same combination of the same existing game elements in this unique way.

Finally, looking at your accredited history (here: https://www.mobygames.com/developer/sheet/view/developerId,340873/) why is it that Droplitz sticks out like a sore thumb; as the only 2D puzzle game that you ever created? one would think that if you really had come up with that unique combination of game mechanics you would have been somewhat obsessed with 2D puzzle games, and have made many in the past, despite there being no evidence of this to date, although I am sure you could upload more random files with editable local dates to back up your story, which is to imply I have no doubt that we may see further fabricated evidence from you in the time to come.

What I have to ask you is, what was your real motive or goal for making that this response to my original article? Was it to discredit me? or to downplay the biggest release of your life in terms of original IP?

I am sorry, as I am sure you are a lovely person, but I have serious reservations over your claim to credit over this game concept. Your evidence is not verifiable and I have an extensive history of making unique 2D puzzle games as where you do not.
